This site started as a way to push me to work toward better health.  To date this has mainly involved food.  As of January 2011 that journey to better health has taken a sharp turn and I am now focusing on a gluten-free lifestyle because of my husband’s Celiac diagnosis.  Some of the things written before 2011 will easily fit into a gluten-free life, some need slight modifications, and some are even pure poison for those with with Celiac disease. 

I don’t claim to be an expert on anything.  There may be failures along the way, but the goal is a healthier life for my family. Hopefully it can taste good and be fun along the way.
